KSTX hosted a "Town Hall" on "Energy" issues this last Wednesday, August 26, 2009.
Tom "Smitty" Smith, Director of Public Citizen's Texas Office debates the proposal for San Antonio to buy into the expansion of the South Texas Project Nuclear Reactors with the Mayor of San Antonio, Julian Castro, and Lanny Sinkin, Director of Solar San Antonio. Sinkin and Smith are opposed to the Nuke, the Mayor is still undecided and representing CPS was Mike Kotara, who defended the city's utility plan to buy into the nuke plant.
